Auto-ship and cancellation
The monthly auto-ship renews on a fixed date each month. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account, with no email and no phone call required. Full terms are published when customer accounts open.
Shipping and returns
Kits ship within the United States. Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Details and international shipping to follow.
Privacy
We keep your name and email only to reply to you and, if you ask, to tell you when something opens. We do not sell or share them. Write to us to have them removed.
